Afrostall is a service operated by Voise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 3 Optima House, 43A High Street South, United Kingdom. References to "Afrostall", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Voise Limited.

Afrostall is an online marketplace platform that connects electronics sellers ("Sellers") with buyers ("Buyers") primarily across Africa. The platform allows Sellers to create shop profiles, list products, and receive orders, and allows Buyers to discover shops and browse or purchase products.

Voise Limited is the operator of the platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between a Buyer and a Seller. We do not own, sell, or ship any products listed on the platform.

By downloading the Afrostall app, accessing afrostall.com, creating an account, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. If you are using Afrostall on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to individuals under the age of 18.

To access certain features you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You must notify us immediately at support@afrostall.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

If you register as a Seller on Afrostall, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself and your shop.
• Only list products you own, have the right to sell, and that comply with applicable laws.
• Not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or illegal goods.
• Honour confirmed orders and communicate promptly with Buyers.
• Ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and not misleading.
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and trade laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any Seller account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or may harm the Afrostall community.

If you use Afrostall as a Buyer, you agree to:

• Only make genuine purchase enquiries and orders.
• Pay for products you commit to purchasing.
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims.
• Resolve disputes with Sellers in good faith before escalating to us.

You must not use Afrostall to:

• List, sell, or purchase illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any other user.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our platform content without written permission.
• Circumvent or interfere with our security features or systems.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate commerce.
• Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban.

Afrostall may offer in-app wallet functionality or payment features. When you add funds to your wallet or complete a transaction:

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by your payment provider.
• Any fees applicable to transactions will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

Afrostall offers AI-powered tools including flyer and poster generation. By using these tools you agree:

• Generated materials are provided as-is for your personal promotional use only.
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content owned by or licensed to Voise Limited are protected by intellectual property law. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or use our brand without our prior written consent.

By uploading content (product images, shop logos, descriptions) to Afrostall, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and promoting your shop.

We aim to keep Afrostall available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, update, or modify the platform at any time. We will not be liable for any loss caused by platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Afrostall is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between Buyers and Sellers.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a deletion request at afrostall.com/delete-account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
